This Privacy Policy explains how ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“Cutonce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Cutonce platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information from Google Sign-In

Cutonce uses Google OAuth as its sole authentication method. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

• Your name (as set on your Google account)
• Your email address
• Your Google profile photo URL
• A unique Google account identifier

We do not receive or store your Google password. We only request read-only access to basic profile information.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain usage information when you use the Service, including:

• Pipeline configurations you create and save
• Credit balance and transaction history (credits consumed per operation)
• Feature usage patterns (which node types are used, pipeline run frequency)
• Error logs and diagnostic information to improve the Service
• IP address, browser type, and device type for security and fraud prevention

Pipeline Inputs

When you run pipelines, the inputs you provide (such as stock ticker symbols, date ranges, and node configuration) are processed to generate outputs. These inputs may be logged for operational debugging purposes and are not used to train AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process credit purchases and track credit balances
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Send transactional communications (account notices, significant Service changes)
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Protection of rights - When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cutonce, our users, or the public.

5. Cookies and Session Data

Cutonce uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state while you are logged in. These are first-party, session-based cookies that expire when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or analytics cookies from third-party advertising networks.

We may use minimal first-party analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (such as which features are most used) without identifying individual users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Account data (name, email, profile photo) - Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion.
• Pipeline configurations - Retained until you delete them or your account is closed.
• Credit transaction history - Retained for 7 years for financial record-keeping compliance.
• Server logs - Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@cutonce.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access - Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR): You have the rights described above under the GDPR. Our legal basis for processing your personal data is: (a) contract performance - processing necessary to provide the Service you have signed up for; (b) legitimate interests - security, fraud prevention, and service improvement; and (c) legal obligation - where required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. 10. International Data Transfers

ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD is based in Israel, which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection for personal data transferred from the EEA. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel, which may process data in multiple regions. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, by providing direct notice via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
